Powerful. My wife wrote,ca. 3 years ago, an humanitarian award-won BA paper on trafficking. It was interesting, sad and eye opening to know about this issue in detail.

Wasn’t that terrific? I emailed that bit to all my friends about two weeks ago!

Agreed. These are sorts of problems we do not hear enough about. What we get instead, at least in Alberta, is more sad face about the oil-sands and how now Robert Redford hates us too.

I’m always behind the times. I blame my blog schedule though, I set up a weeks worth of posts at a time on the weekends when I have the time to write and find neat stuff on the intertubes.

There is entirely too much to possibly keep up with, don’t you think?

Oh absolutely. One post a day is demanding and has its own limitations. It’s hard to get in depth on a topic when one still has x amount of other writing to do.
I try and do one piece where I take the time to lay out my thoughts and put forth something useful to say about something or other.
Keeping up? I gave that up such a long time ago, at least according to the pile of books that nags me every time I enter the bedroom. *sigh* :>
