Liberal viewer does his usual exemplary job of describing the media. Faux News never fails to deliver when it comes to making sure that the interests of the people are marginalized and put forth in the worst possible light. The OWS movement has brought new life into the economic debate in the US opening new avenues of debate and discussion that were previously off-limits.

A few comments:
1) Dick Morris is creepy. Really creepy. He always looks like he just came from a mortician.
2) Sure, Fox says it’s “Fair and Balanced”, but political commentary is spun no matter what side it comes from. You’ve got one network that emphasizes the crimes being committed inside OWS, and five other networks that barely mention them. If someone truly believes Fox is “balanced” then they have problems, but no more than someone who can’t find some sort of balance between 1 network’s reporting heavy to the right and 5 others heavy to the left.
3) It’s interesting to me that there hasn’t been any criticism of the crimes (such as rape) committed inside Occupy movements on left-leaning sites just as there hasn’t been any criticism of police brutality on right-leaning sites. Are we really going to act like any of us here are “balanced” and therefore in any position to really judge?
So one single American network isn’t covering one single city’s police brutality as much as the left would like it to. Cry me a river. Let’s see the other 5 treat the rapes and other crimes being committed within the Occupy movement with the same sort of contempt.

You cannot tell at all from the violence footage, who is actually at fault. There is no context of what preceded the violence and the way the footage is shot , all you get is a narrow snap shot of the police response.
You must take the narrator’s word for what is occurring . And of course, he is impartial .

More comedy – it looks as though this so-called “grass roots” effort has ties to “the organization formerly known as ACORN”. (Shredding documents sure seems to be a convenient habit with those people!)
The movement’s going to implode on itself, I’m afraid, regardless of what any left-wing, right-wing, or comedy station has to say about it.
